Produced from a specially formulated cold-resistant and oil-tolerant elastomeric compound, this packing maintains consistent elasticity across demanding operational temperatures without swelling. The bucking features Prometheus's precision-moulded external ribs and extended sealing lips, which create an airtight pneumatic boundary against the loading nozzle to eliminate air leaks and muzzle velocity variance. Its internal contact patch applies smooth, uniform backspin to 6mm BBs, delivering flat flight paths, reduced grouping dispersion, and extended effective engagement range for standard sub-1.3 Joule skirmish platforms. Supplied with a matching hop-up tensioner nub, this unit is an essential high-volume inventory requirement for commercial retail displays and technical service workshops.

Technical Specifications & Materials

Component Type: AEG hop-up packing and air-seal bucking

Durometer Rating: Soft Shore compound (calibrated for standard sub-350 FPS / sub-1.3J setups)

Material Composition: High-grade cold-resistant synthetic elastomer

Platform Compatibility: Standard Tokyo Marui-spec AEG hop-up chambers and barrels

Pneumatic Sealing: Extended sealing lips engineered to prevent pressure bleed

Internal Geometry: Precision-moulded single contact mound for uniform backspin

Package Inclusions: 1x hop-up bucking and 1x cylindrical hop tensioner nub

Installation Standard: Direct drop-in fit onto standard AEG inner barrel windows

Colour: Purple

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0528/7326/5310/files/baa277cf-ee0a-472d-aeaf-b104817d3b24_1.webp?v=1791452750
